Your brain will literally look for evidence to confirm what you tell it. So if you tell it that everything is Shit. And your life is hell your brain will focus on looking for evidence of that statement. If you tell your self that you are a failure and can’t accomplish anything it will “cherry pick” out the facts that make that statement true and you will continue to reduce down to a failure. If you tell yourself that things are going to get better, the same thing will happen… it will look for ways of why and how it’s getting better and it will actually start to get better for you. You become what you think. You are your perspective 🥴😇 this is not from my brain but I guess I owe you guys some positivity ❤️
